What you’ll be doing

Utilising your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you’ll be working closely with the administrator to ensure administration standards of the service are compliant. You will be the first point of contact in the home when receiving phone calls and visitors and are expected to maintain a professional and appropriate manner at all times.

Where you will be working

You will be a key member of the home care service and will be based at a location registered with CQC.

What you’ll need

Confident communication and interpersonal skills are essential for developing good internal relationships with your team, service users and relatives. You’ll need to understand and comply with statutory and legal requirements such as Health and Safety and the Health & Social Care Act, as well as possessing sound knowledge in administration practices.

An attentive self-starter, you will be alert to the needs of the service (and business).
