What you’ll be doing
As a Registered Nurse you will Assist and support the Manager in ensuring optimal care for our residents and the successful compliance of legislations and CQC standards. The delivery of high quality, effective and compassionate care for residents is the most organizational objective of our Homes.
You will be responsible for writing and reviewing, with service users their individual care plans.
Where you will be working
You will be a key member of the home care service and will be based at a location registered with CQC.
What you’ll need
An active PIN number.
Confident communication and interpersonal skills are essential for developing good internal and external relationships with your team, service users, relatives and multi professional teams.
As an attentive self-starter, you will be alert to the physical and mental wellbeing of our service users so that you can immediately report any changes/issues/concerns to the relevant bodies both internal and external.
Attendance at all mandatory training sessions and the opportunity to attend, relevant to your role, external training.
