What you’ll be doing
Utilising your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will work closely with the Registered Managers to develop a training program for staff throughout the service. You may be required to travel to all services to ensure training is delivered.
Where you will be working
You will be a key member of the home care service and will be based at a location registered with CQC.
What you’ll need
Confident communication and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering high-quality training to staff. You’ll need to understand and comply with statutory and legal requirements such as Health and Safety and the Health & Social Care Act, as well as possessing sound knowledge within your practice area.
An attentive self-starter, you will be alert to the needs of the service (and business).
